How to Add Your Signature
Gmail (desktop)
- Tap Copy signature above.
- In Gmail, open Settings (gear icon) → See all settings.
- Scroll to Signature and choose Create new.
- Paste into the box, then press Save changes.
The Gmail mobile app uses the signature you set in Gmail settings on desktop.
Outlook
- Tap Copy signature above.
- Open Outlook → Settings → Signatures.
- Create a new signature and paste.
- Set it as the default for new messages and replies.
iPhone (Apple Mail)
- Tap Copy signature above on your phone.
- Go to Settings → Mail → Signature.
- Press and hold in the box, then tap Paste.
If the layout looks wrong, shake your phone to undo the text formatting.
