How to Add This Signature
For Gmail App (Android/iOS)
The mobile Gmail app has limited HTML support. We recommend adding the signature via Gmail on Desktop first:
- On your computer, click "Copy for Gmail" above.
- Go to Gmail Settings (Gear Icon) > See all settings.
- Scroll to "Signature", Create New, and paste.
- Ensure "Signature defaults" are set to your new signature.
It will then automatically appear when you send emails from the app.
For iPhone (Apple Mail)
- Tap "Copy for Gmail" above on your phone.
- Go to Settings > Mail > Signature.
- Long press in the text box and tap "Paste".
- Tip: If formatting looks wrong, shake your phone to "Undo" attributes, which often fixes the layout.

Q: Why is my photo not showing in the email?
Some email clients (like Outlook Desktop) block images by default for security.
If you used the "Upload" option, the image is embedded in the code. If you used a "Link", ensure the link is publicly accessible.
For the most reliable results, host your image on a secure server (https) like Imgur or your company website.
Q: Can I change the size of my photo?
Yes! We have added a Photo Tools section right under the upload button.
