How to Find Your DTH Expiry Date
Most DTH operators take your monthly pack price from your balance, so your connection runs out when the balance is used up. This calculator shows how many days your recharge will last, the last active day and a reminder date so you never lose service. It works for Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV, Dish TV, Sun Direct and other DTH services.
How to Use This Tool
- Choose the recharge date (today is filled in).
- Enter the recharge amount and your monthly pack price.
- Add any existing balance, or enter a fixed validity in days if your pack has one.
- Click Calculate to see the last active day and the date to recharge again.
Formula Used
Validity Days = (Recharge + Balance) ÷ Monthly Pack Price × 30
Last Active Day = Recharge Date + Validity Days - 1
Last Active Day = Recharge Date + Validity Days - 1
Example: A ₹600 recharge with a ₹300 monthly pack gives 2 months, or 60 days. Recharged on 16 October 2026, it lasts until 14 December 2026.
Money-Saving Tips
- Recharge a few days before the expiry date so you do not lose service.
- If your pack price changes, the real expiry date can move, so recalculate.
- Long-term packs with fixed validity are often cheaper per day.
- Check taxes and any extra channel charges in your monthly price.
