About this mark sheet generator
A progress card (mark sheet) lists a student's subjects, maximum marks, marks obtained, total, percentage and result for an examination. This tool follows the common Junior College layout: choose Arts, Science or Commerce, load the default subjects, adjust them to your school, and enter the marks. Total, percentage, result and class are calculated for you.
Frequently asked questions
Which streams and classes are supported?
9th class (general subjects), and Arts, Science and Commerce for 11th and 12th. Each stream loads a default subject list that you can edit, reorder, add to or remove.
How is the result decided?
Marks subjects must each reach the pass mark (35% by default, which you can change). Graded subjects such as Environment Education do not affect the result. If you need ATKT, Promoted or Withheld, choose it in the Result box.
Can I enter theory and practical marks separately?
Yes. Switch on the theory and practical option and each subject gets two mark boxes. The sheet shows both columns and adds them up.
Is student data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is created in your browser. Saved records stay in your device storage, and the erase button removes them.
Is the mark sheet valid without signatures?
No. Print it, then have it signed by the Class Teacher, Examination In-charge and Principal and stamped with the school seal.
